Itinerary

Day 1
Turkish Night in Istanbul

Istanbul Turkish Night Show takes place on a daily basis and has an approximate duration of 4 hours. The activity starts during the evening. A comfortable car will pick you up from your hotel in the city center and drive you towards the restaurant where the show is hosted. When you arrive at the restaurant you will be welcomed and sit at one of the premium tables. The facility maintains a traditional and authentic character in order to enhance your experience.
This exceptional experience includes an authentic Turkish dinner in order to understand the culinary tradition of the country and the main ingredients used in the local recipes. At first, you will enjoy a mezze plate as a starter. The main course includes a selection of grilled sea bass, Turkish kebab, or chicken. You may also choose a vegetarian main course. Then, you will enjoy a seasonal fruit salad. It must be noted that during your time there you will be able to enjoy unlimited soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages can be consumed at an extra cost.
Once the dinner is over, the exciting part of this activity starts. The show is divided into 6 parts in order to offer you a broader presentation of the country’s various cultural aspects. More precisely, you will be able to listen to Turkish classic music and enjoy a dance show with folklore dance. Then, you will watch an amazing Ask Masuk show. This show is an imitation play of dwarfs. It was originally started in the Taseli district of Silifke and is usually performed by 2 male dancers.
The infamous belly dance is also included in the show. Get ready to exercise your moves during this phase of the show as the dancers may ask for volunteers. After that, a DJ will be responsible for your entertainment with some upbeat and traditional music. At this point, feel free to dance and enjoy your time.

After the 4-hour show, a comfortable vehicle will transfer you back to your hotel in the city center

Reservation and Payment Policy:

For Direct Customers
There are so many adventures waiting for you, by reservation, 30% of the total cost is due once the trip and cost have been approved by both parties. The full amount may also be paid at this time. The remaining balance is due upon arrival/check-in. This applies to any of the seasons and guarantees the trip.

For Travel Agencies
Moonstar Tour requires full payment of the tour at the time of reservation once the trip and cost have been approved by both Moonstar Tour and the Travel Agency. This applies to any of the seasons and guarantees the blocking of the trip.

Cancellation Policy

The deadline for canceling a reservation is as follows:
If payment is made and the customer, due to outside circumstances, cannot make the trip, the reservation can be postponed, without penalty charges, and can be rescheduled at a later date. No changes can be made to the original reservation upon rescheduling.
Deadlines for cancellation with a refund: One (1) week prior to the date of your tour
Last Minute Cancelations
Full payments or deposits will not be reimbursed for last-minute cancellations by either direct customers or travel agencies.

No Show
In the event of a No-Show by either a Direct Customer or Travel Agency, no refund shall be given.
In case of fortuitous events or Acts of God, management will assess the situation and decide upon a course of action. If a reimbursement or discount is agreed upon, the amount will return within the time specified by management. The Direct Customer or Travel Agency is responsible for all/any bank charge that may apply to the transaction.

Methodes of Payment

Reservations will be guaranteed within the down payment for Direct Customers or full payment for Travel Agencies. We accept electronic money transfers, bank deposits, and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Payment can be made by sending a scanned copy or clear photo of the deposit slip to [email protected] / [email protected] or WhatsApp at +905496426422 along with the following information:

After verifying the information, our sales staff will book the reservation.
For reservations during High Season, fifteen (15) business days are required to allow for payment processing after the final quote is agreed upon.
For reservations during the Low Season, five (5) business days are required to allow for payment processing after the final quote is agreed upon.
All confirmed reservations with our office, for both Travel Agencies and Direct Customers, will be sent an e-mail containing the trip description, the total cost with the down payment reflected, and a copy of our company policy in regards to cancellation, no show, date changes, etc.

Refunds

The process for refunding a deposit is as follows:
In the event of a refund, the Direct Customer or Travel Agency is responsible for covering any bank charges. 10% of the total payment will be withheld to cover this cost.
The Customer or Travel Agency must submit a written request for a refund along with the reason(s) for the reservation cancellation. Please specify the account number to which the money shall be refunded and the name under which the reservation was made.
Please allow 5 to 8 business days to process the refund request.
If the cancellation of the reserve corresponds to an event, it will be done according to the specifications and conditions agreed by both parties in the contract.
