What data we collect
For bookings, the contact form, newsletter and customer accounts we collect name, email, phone, country, tour date, number of guests and any note you write. Questions sent to the on-site AI assistant may be stored with language and country. Server logs may include IP address and browser type.
Card data
We do not collect or store credit-card numbers, expiry dates or CVC on this website. Payment is made at our office on the tour day (cash or card), or later through a licensed payment provider if we add one.
Why we use it
We use the data to complete your reservation, contact you, send tickets or invoices, meet accounting rules, and — only if you opt in — send offers. We do not sell your email address.
Who we share it with
Guides, transfer or hotel partners may receive what they need to run the tour. We do not share data for other purposes unless the law requires it.
Retention and your rights
Records are kept for the legally required period. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing info@moonstartour.com.

Cancellation (day tours)
Full refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the tour. 50% refund between 3 days and 1 day before. No refund on the tour day. If a flight or activity is cancelled for weather, that portion is refunded.
