What to expect during the 5 days Wonderful and Short East Tour in Turkey?



Day 1: Istanbul flight to Diyarbakir – Hasankeyf – Mardin



We will take the early flight to Turkish Airlines from Istanbul at 07.00 am. We arrive to Diyarbakir at 08:55am. Touring in Diyarbakir; visits to City Walls In size it comes 2nd after The Great Walls in China. The Grand Mosque, Roma Bridge, Hasanpasa Caravanserail, and Deliller Caravanserai will be visited as well. After that visit, we will depart to Hasankeyf Upon arrival at Hasankeyf we have visited the Castle of Hasankeyf, Little and Grand Serails, and the Grand Mosque. Arrive at Mardin where we will stay the night.



Day 2: Midyat – Mardin



After breakfast, we depart for Midyat to visit Purple Barsovo Church, traditional Midyat houses, and old streets before we move to Mardin. Arrive at Mardin where a visit to the Church of Kirklar, Ulu Mosque, and bazaar will be done.



Day 3: Mardin – Urfa



After breakfast, we have visits to Deyr-uz Zafaran Monastery, The Medrese of Soultan Isa, Kasimiye Medrese, Ulu Mosque, and bazaar visits. After lunch, we drive to Urfa. On arrival at Urfa, we will have visits to the following places; Abraham’s sacred fish pool, Halil-Ur Rahman Mosque, Rizvaniye Mosque, and Urfa's old bazaar.



Day 4: Harran – Kahta – Mt. Nemrut



After breakfast drive to Harran where a visit to the Castle of Harran, the City Walls, the Grand Mosque, and a visit to traditional Conic Houses. After Lunch, we will drive to Ataturk Dam (Gap), where you will get a short briefing about this great project and follows. We reach Mt. Nemrud on the hill. At 6 pm we have the opportunity to see the best point of sunsetting in Mt Nemrut views of (times back to Empire of Commagene) King Antiochus with other kings' heads/statues. In the late evening, we will depart for our hotel in Kahta.



Day 5: Kingdom of Commagene Ruins-Gaziantep flight to Istanbul



After breakfast at our hotel in Kahta, we will leave for the following visits to Tumulus of Karakus, Cendere (Roma times) Bridge, and Arsemeia Summer city. Our lunch will be in Gaziantep and follows Archaeological Museum and Zeugma visits. After the tour, we will transfer you to Gaziantep airport where our tour ends for your evening flight to Istanbul.
