Moonstar Tour – Özzencir Turizm Seyahat processes the personal data that we receive from you as part of our business relationship. The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order / your booking and additional services.
Personal data includes your personal details (e.g. name, address, contact details, nationality). In addition, this may include order/booking data (e.g. payment orders), data from the fulfillment of our contractual obligation (e.g. insurance details), advertising and documentation data (e.g. browser records), register data, image and sound data (e.g. telephone recordings), information from your electronic communication with us (e.g. cookies) as well as data for compliance with legal requirements.

We will transfer your data to the tour operator who will carry out the tour you booked.
Your data may therefore be transferred to a party located outside of the EU (a “third country”) if the tour operator you chose resides in a third country and/or the tour takes place in a third country.
We do not guarantee that the scale of data protection in a third country reaches the same level of protection as within the EU. By choosing a tour operator in a third country / a tour that takes place in a third country you are aware of the fact that the transfer of personal data to a third country is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and Moonstar Tour. and/or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request b) GDPR, and/or necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in your interest between TravelShop Turkey and the tour operator c) GDPR.
We share personal data with advertising partners, including your email address, as part of the marketing of our services through third parties (to ensure that relevant advertisements are shown to the right audience). We strive to only share email addresses in hashed form to enable the matching of your email address with an existing customer database so that your email address cannot be used for other purposes.

4. Data Storage Periods
Moonstar Tour – Özzencir Turizm processes your personal data for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, and performance until the termination of the contract) and furthermore according to the legal safe-keeping and documentation obligations, which result from the Commercial Code and the Fiscal Act. The statutory limitation periods – in some cases up to 30 years – according to the General Civil Code, must be taken into consideration for the data storage period.

5. Protection Rights
According to very same regulations, you have the right to obtain information regarding your data or to limit its processing or correct, or delete it, the right of objection against the processing, and the right to data portability.
Furthermore, you have the right to revoke any consent given at any time with future effect.

Individuals have no right to use; bad language, threats, provoking, illegal content, or disturbing sentences and harm other people’s lawful and personal rights, not to mention selling/promoting services and products, using as a sample to make commercials, and similar trade activities. These forms can not be copied or reproduced.

Rights and Responsibilities

The content of www.moonstartour.com is monitored and updated regularly. But the site and the owner. may not be held responsible for pricing and content mistakes and may make changes and renewals at its own discretion. www.moonstartour.com and the owner Özzencitr Turizm Seyahat Ltd. Şti. are not liable for any bookings, sales, or misinformation for such circumstances.

All of the bookings and excursions made through Mares Travel are subject to the Rules of Turkish Travel Agencies (Law no: 1618) and The Consumer Protection Law (Law no; 4077) that have recently been amended on major terms to abide by the European Union Consumer Rights Legislation.

Payment:
Payments are received through credit cards (Visa and Master Cards) free of credit card charges. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Alterations to an excursion or other activity:
We make the best possible arrangements to arrange excursions/activities as depicted on our website. However, Moonstar Tour – Özzencir Turizm is not responsible for all the details mentioned there. We reserve the right to alter or cancel all or any part of any excursion/activity mentioned therein without any prior notification.

Refund for cancellations made by us:
If an excursion/activity stands canceled for any reason from our side, we will refund you the price we have received for that particular excursion/activity and nothing more than that. Customers under the influence of alcohol/drugs can have no claim of insurance or refunds for any kind of incident.

Cancellations made by you:

– For cancellations made by you, prior to 3 days of the excursion date will be refunded in full.
– For cancellations made between 3 to 1 day of the excursion date, half the payment is refunded.
– Unfortunately, no refund is available for cancellations made within the same day prior to the excursion date.

Alterations for bookings by you:
You need to inform us at least 2 days beforehand to alter an already reserved excursion date/time or even switch it with another excursion. We don’t charge any fee for altering your reservation.

Passports:
You are requested to bring your passports along with you on the day of departure if you have booked an excursion to Rhodes from Marmaris. All other tours with us can be made without passports.

Visas:
None of the EU citizens need a VISA for traveling to, Greece. And, no Visa charge is applicable on your return to Turkey

Complaints:
If you have an issue or dispute with an Excursion, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] or call the excursions manager: +90 549 642 64 22. We will do our best within our capacity to resolve your complaint.

Any claim or dispute that cannot be solved cordially shall be resolved as per the laws of the governing country in which the Excursion or Activity took place. By booking an Excursion or Activity you agree to submit any such case/s to this jurisdiction. By making your reservations from this website you accept all these terms and conditions.
