What to expect during the 6-day Highlights of Istanbul, Trabzon, and Rize Tour?
Day 1: Istanbul – Arrival Day
Welcome to Istanbul. Upon our arrival at Istanbul International Airport, our professional tour guide will meet with you, greeting you with a board with your name on it. We will provide luxury transportation, taking you to your hotel with comfort and style. Arrive at your hotel and you will be assisted during your check-in. l. Today, you can enjoy Istanbul as you wish.
Day 2: Istanbul City tour
The Istanbul city tour will start at the Old City after a delicious breakfast. Hippodrome is the main rota that was inscribed on the Unesco World Heritage List in 1985 and the living heritage of both Byzantines and Ottomans can be seen. Around Sultanahmet, The German Fountain -which was gifted by German Emperor Wilhelm II in 1898-, and the Obelisk of Theodosius – nearly 3,500 years old, were brought to the Hippodrome by Theodosius from the Temple of Karnak about in 390- can be seen. Serpent Column -considered that it was at the Temple of Apollo in Delphi before- and the Column of Constantine that was brought from Apollon temple in Rome are other highlighted sites of the tour.
Day 3: Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise and shopping.
After breakfast, we will visit the Grand Bazaar. The air here is filled with the enticing aromas of cinnamon, caraway, saffron, mint, thyme, and every other conceivable herb and spice.
The Bosphorus cruise is a traditional excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. The shore is lined with old wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing villages. During the excursion, you will see the magnificent sights of the following attractions from your boat. See Dolmabahce Palace, and further along, the parks and imperial pavilions of Yildiz Palace. On the coastal edge of this park, is Ciragan Palace, 300 meters of its marble facade facing the shore. At Ortakoy a great variety of artists gather every Sunday to display their work along the street. Ortakoy is a symbol of tolerance with a church, a mosque, and a synagogue existing side by side for centuries.
Rumeli Fortress Built by Mehmet the Conqueror in 1452 prior to the conquest of Istanbul was completed in only four months to control and protect the infamous Bosphorus passage. It is one of the most beautiful works of military architecture anywhere in the world.

SHOPPING TOUR (after cruise) Experience the traditional silk weaving skills of Turkish women at the carpet weaving courses provided by The Ministry of National Education. You will get the opportunity to see jewelry, a handcrafts center, and a modern leatherwear show. Day 4: Istanbul -Trabzon
After checkout the hotel transfer to the airport to fly Trabzon. On arrival at Trabzon directly drive to Ayder to see the mountain of Kaçkar. The tourism hub of the Kaçkars, this formerly bucolic yayla(mountain pasture) village has become a highly popular tour stop, Ayder has a gorgeous setting at around 1300m altitude in a verdant, waterfall-ribboned valley, and the broadest range of accommodation in the Kaçkars. The village straggles more than 2km from west to east up the valley, and the Kaçkar Dağları Milli Parkı (Kaçkar Mountains National Park) is nearby. On this trip, we will visit Eskitıglu Waterfall, Rize Castle, and Rize city center. Then drive to Trabzon where we will overnight.
Day 5: Trabzon Uzungol Tour
After breakfast drive to Uzungöl Every corner of the Black Sea offers visitors different delightful qualities. this applies to Uzungol as well. The lake is surrounded completely by forests. when you see the lake’s view you’ll know why it is the subject of postcards. . We visit Tiled Bridge and Tea Factory which is on our way and we will see the technics of tea production step by step with an expert engineer, and after having our tea, we will go on our way to Uzungöl. After taking photos, we will have free time at the restaurant which is located near the lake coastal. Now it is time to visit the unique nature of Uzungöl With fresh air, and green, between the forests you will feel younger. then drive to Sumela Monastery Sumela Monastery having a height of 1150m is situated in Altındere Village of Maçka subordinate to Trabzon. The cloister which was established on the precarious surface of the mount having the perspective of Altındere Valley is called ‘Mother Mary’ by the nearby individuals. This structure which is 300m high from the base of the valley has supported the custom of the religious communities to be established outside the downtown area, in the woods, inside the holes, and on stream banks. And drive back to Trabzon
Day 6: Trabzon-Istanbul departure day
After breakfast, we depart for Trabzon Airport for our domestic flight to Istanbul which is where as well our tour ends.
