Overview

A crewed cabin charter is a hire of cabin space on a yacht with single, double, or triple accommodation. The Gulet is with the captain and crew, for a specific period of time. There are 7-8 cabins each gulet. The route of the cruise is fixed, as are the ports of embarkation and disembarkation. The charter fee does include the cost of food, its preparation, and service. On board, you will enjoy the delicious meals prepared with care by our cook, who will serve you typical local Turkish dishes which are as much a feast to look upon as they are to taste. Itinerary

Day 1
kas - Aquarium Bay.

Boarding starts in the early afternoon. Guests who arrive early can leave their luggage at the Office. There will be a short briefing from the captain before lunch will be served on board with your fellow passengers before cruising out of Kas Harbour. Set sail and explore the Turquoise Coastline and your first night on the water. You will cruise onto the area near Kalkan and anchor down for the night in the Aquarium Bay.

Day 2
Kas to Gokkaya Bay

Today, following breakfast you will cruise onto the Sunken City, which is been destroyed by an earthquake in the 2nd century. This ancient town dates back 2000 years to the Lycian period. The gulet will cruise side by side the Sunken City. It is a protected World Heritage site therefore no swimming, diving, or snorkeling is allowed in this area. Afterward, we will moor close to the island of Kekova to explore the township and Simena Castle. From the top of the castle is a spectacular view of the entire Kekova region. For the night we set down the anchor in Gokkaya Bay, a well-known turtle breeding area.

Day 3
Gokkaya Bay to Olympos

We start the last day, very quiet with a morning swim and our breakfast. After breakfast we will cruise to Ucagiz Village Harbour, to arrive in the early morning to disembark the boat. It is time to farewell your friendly crew and your newfound cruise friends. No transfers to hotels or other tours are included.

Reservations and payments?

For Direct Customers
There are so many adventures waiting for you, by reservation, 30% of the total cost is due once the trip and cost have been approved by both parties. The full amount may also be paid at this time. The remaining balance is due upon arrival/check-in. This applies to any of the seasons and guarantees the trip.

For Travel Agencies
Moonstar Tour requires full payment of the tour at the time of reservation once the trip and cost have been approved by both Moonstar Tour and the Travel Agency. This applies to any of the seasons and guarantees the blocking of the trip.

Cancellation Policy

The deadline for canceling a reservation is as follows:
If payment is made and the customer, due to outside circumstances, cannot make the trip, the reservation can be postponed, without penalty charges, and can be rescheduled at a later date. No changes can be made to the original reservation upon rescheduling.
Deadlines for cancellation with a refund: One (1) week prior to the date of your tour
Last Minute Cancelations
Full payments or deposits will not be reimbursed for last-minute cancellations by either direct customers or travel agencies.
No Show
In the event of a No-Show by either a Direct Customer or Travel Agency, no refund shall be given.
In case of fortuitous events or Acts of God, management will assess the situation and decide upon a course of action. If a reimbursement or discount is agreed upon, the amount will return within the time specified by management. The Direct Customer or Travel Agency is responsible for all/any bank charge that may apply to the transaction.

Methodes of Payment

Reservations will be guaranteed within the down payment for Direct Customers or full payment for Travel Agencies. We accept electronic money transfers, bank deposits, and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

After verifying the information, our sales staff will book the reservation.
For reservations during High Season, fifteen (15) business days are required to allow for payment processing after the final quote is agreed upon.
For reservations during the Low Season, five (5) business days are required to allow for payment processing after the final quote is agreed upon.
All confirmed reservations with our office, for both Travel Agencies and Direct Customers, will be sent an e-mail containing the trip description, the total cost with the down payment reflected, and a copy of our company policy in regards to cancellation, no show, date changes, etc.

Refunds

The process for refunding a deposit is as follows:
In the event of a refund, the Direct Customer or Travel Agency is responsible for covering any bank charges. 10% of the total payment will be withheld to cover this cost.
The Customer or Travel Agency must submit a written request for a refund along with the reason(s) for the reservation cancellation. Please specify the account number to which the money shall be refunded and the name under which the reservation was made.
Please allow 5 to 8 business days to process the refund request.
If the cancellation of the reserve corresponds to an event, it will be done according to the specifications and conditions agreed by both parties in the contract.
